The Beatles were an English rock band, active throughout the 1960s.  Formed in Liverpool, by 1962 the group consisted of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. They achieved mainstream success in the United Kingdom in late 1962, with their first single, "Love Me Do". Gaining international popularity and acquiring the nickname "Fab Four" the following year, they toured extensively until 1966. The Beatles had a string of hits including “She Loves You” “I Want to Hold Your Hand” and “A Hard Day’s Night”

The Beatles rock band t-shirt from Amplified Kids has the ‘drop-T’ logo which was based on an impromptu sketch made by Ivor Arbiter when The Beatles bought a drum kit from his shop.  The capital B and dropped T were to emphasise the word 'beat'. This classic Beatles logo design has been jazzed up with silver studs.
