Ordering and Payment

You can place an order online anytime, by email at info@alittleitofcheek.com.au or by phone on 0403 032 063 between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday.


A Little Bit of Cheek accepts payment online by visa card, mastercard or American Express using a 128 bit SSL connection for all transactions and administration functions. Digital certification is used to verify integrity and authenticity between eGate and you to prevent unauthorized access. Encrypted card details are temporarily stored in a secure, encrypted database. Card details are erased from record as soon as orders are processed. This eliminates the risk of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorized people.


Alternatively we accept payments via paypal which is easy to use and will automatically convert the cost of your purchase into foreign currency.


Directly deposit is also available. Please use your order number as your reference. Orders will not be sent until the funds have cleared in our account. We will notify you by email when the payment has been received. If payment is not received within 24 hours your order may be cancelled.

Delivery


A Little Bit of Cheek delivers worldwide using Australia Post. We endeavor to send all items between 1 – 3 business days. For urgent delivery please contact A Little Bit of Cheek prior to checking out to ensure we are able to meet your requirements.

Sale Items


A Little Bit of Cheek does not provide a refund or exchange on sale items unless the items are faulty.


Returns and exchanges


We will accept goods for return (excluding sale items) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact A Little Bit of Cheek at info@alittleitofcheek.com.au or phone 0403 032 063 between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, with all tags, labels and packaging intact within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase. We will not accept any returns unless these conditions are met. Sorry we cannot refund postal charges on delivery and return of goods.

A Little Bit of Cheek will refund to your credit card, or directly deposit funds into your nominated bank account less the postal charge. If you have received a gift, only the purchaser will be entitled to a refund. However, we can exchange the item, provided it was not on sale, for a more suitable item.


Goods damaged or lost in transit


A Little Bit of Cheek is not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit. If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
