Ordering
You can place an order online, by email at info@alittleitofcheek.com.au or by phone on 0403 032 063 between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
Payments
At A Little Bit of Cheek we accept payment online by visa card or mastercard using a 128 bit SSL connection for all transactions and administration functions. Digital certification is used to verify integrity and authenticity between eGate and you to prevent unauthorized access. Encrypted card details are temporarily stored in a secure, encrypted database. Card details are erased from record as soon as orders are processed. This eliminates the risk of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorized people.
Alternatively we accept payments through paypal which is easy to use and will automatically convert the cost of your purchase into foreign currency.

Please note: Payment is to be made within 7 days or your order will automatically be cancelled. Until payment is received your purchase will not be posted. We will notify you by email when the payment has been received.

Delivery
A Little Bit of Cheek delivers worldwide using Australia Post. We will post items between 1 – 3 business days. For urgent delivery please contact A Little Bit of Cheek prior to checking out to ensure we are able to meet your requirements.
Gift Certificates have FREE postage.
For all orders up to 100 grams it costs $4.00 by Regular Post
For all orders up to 500 grams it costs $8.00 by Express Post
For all orders from 501 grams it costs $11.00 by Express Post
NOTE: For all Amy Michelle Baby bags, The Grateful Thread Guitar Softies and Chic By Sha Pettiskirts, due to the size/bulkiness of these products, they may not be sent in an Express Post bag.
For all international purchases we send everything by air mail at the following postage rates:
Once your purchase is posted we have no control over how long it takes to be delivered to you.
All our products are sent to you in excellent condition and packaged correctly; we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival.
A Little Bit of Cheek does not refund or exchange sale items.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site please contact A Little Bit of Cheek at info@alittlebitofcheek.com.au or phone 0403 032 063 between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, with all tags, labels and packaging intact within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase. We will not accept any returns unless these conditions are met. Sorry we cannot refund postal charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
Method of Refunds
A Little Bit of Cheek will refund to your credit card, or directly deposit funds into your nominated bank account less the postal charge. If you have received a gift, only the purchaser will be entitled to a refund. However, we can exchange the item, provided it was not on sale, for a more suitable item.
How to make a return
All we ask is that you print and fill in the returns form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging to PO Box 1042, Firle, SA. 5070. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

At A Little Bit of Cheek we offer free gift wrapping. Gift wrapping is optional. If you would like your purchase gift wrapped, tick the appropriate box at check out. For any gift cards please add your text in the additional comments box.
